Nicola set up Indigo Kiln after taking ceramics classes at the Folk House in Bristol.

She enjoys working with clay, particularly porcelain and trying out new designs and decorating methods.

As she has always loved wild flowers and inherited lots of vintage lace items from her grandmother she experiments with mixing the two to create simple textured pieces.

Working from her kitchen table at home with her dog and radio 4 for company Nicola loves what she does.
